Ashley (Romig) Sheets was a dominant force for 成人快手 women’s basketball from 2013 to 2017. She was named 2014 KCAC Freshman of the Year, earned multiple All-KCAC honors, and was recognized as a 2016 NAIA Honorable Mention All-American.
Ashley left OU as one of its most decorated players, ranking 1st in career and single-season free throws made, 2nd in career scoring (1,620 points) and rebounds (890), and among the top 6 in field goals, blocks, and other categories.
Graduating with a B.A. in Mathematics and Management of Information Systems, Ashley went on to work as a Production Manager before becoming a Software Consultant.
She is an active member of the Riverside Church of Christ and lives in Cape Fair, Missouri, with her husband Tyler and their son Murdock.
