*The PA Program has clinical sites in Kansas, Missouri, Arizona, Oklahoma, Wisconsin, and Florida.

PLEASE NOTE:

Additional costs will vary from learner to learner. Learners completing clinical experiences outside the KC Metro area may incur additional travel and housing expenses based on location. Learners may be sent anywhere in Kansas for rotations. Other clinical site locations may be in Missouri, Oklahoma, Arizona, Florida, or Wisconsin.

Learners must understand that they will be responsible for all the costs associated with travel, housing, meals, etc., for the clinical phase. The ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ PA program will not be responsible for expenses incurred by the learners during clinical rotations. Please include this in your budget plans and note that clinical experiences may be scheduled at any approved OU PA Program clinical site location.

In an effort to reduce the financial and logistical burden associated with housing and travel, the PA Program will offer eligible students the opportunity to complete all required clinical rotations within the state of Florida during the second year of the program.

To ensure academic consistency and assessment integrity, PA Program faculty will travel to designated Florida clinical sites as needed to administer required clinical skills evaluations, including but not limited to Objective Structured Clinical Examinations (OSCEs) and End of Rotation (EOR) examinations.

Students who elect to complete all clinical rotations in Florida will be required to return to the Kansas campus on two occasions:

  1. To participate in a clinical seminar focused on the program’s summative evaluation process, and
  2. To attend a final clinical seminar and graduation activities.

Participation in this option is subject to availability and program approval.

Additional tuition and fees may apply for remediated coursework, exams, or assessments; broken or lost laboratory equipment; and other factors affecting program progression and completion, including, but not limited to, deceleration and delayed graduation.

The learner tuition and fees described above are good-faith projections for the PA Program. However, they are subject to amendment at any time at the discretion of the Program and the University to meet its financial commitments and fulfill its role and mission. Every effort will be made to provide advance notice of such changes.

Refund Policy (A1.02k)

The applicable refund policies for the PA Program can be found under “Refund Policies” portion of the “Financial Aid” section of the most current ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ Catalog, which can be found under the Adult Professional and Graduate Studies section in the . &²Ô²ú²õ±è;&²Ô²ú²õ±è;

Students who are considering a program withdrawal or require academic separation or deceleration from the program are advised to consult with the Office of Student Financial Services to discuss the consequences of their changed status on payment of tuition/fees and their financial aid package, including any loans.

Applicants and learners planning to use financial aid must complete the 2026-2027 FAFSA. ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ’s School Code is 001937. For information regarding the FAFSA, visit: .

FAFSA Refunds are issued within fourteen days of the institution receiving funds from the federal government. Disbursements and refunds of financial aid only occur once a semester, and this process typically starts in week three of each semester of classes. Learners have the option to receive their refund via mail or direct deposit. Refunds cannot be processed if a learner has any outstanding verification documents, holds, or incomplete requirements on their financial account.
